How the 1% volume rule works

Distributors pay the higher of the flat platform fee or 1% of the volume transacted through the platform. In a quiet month you pay the flat fee. As your chain grows, the fee grows with it — and never faster than it.

Pricing FAQ

You pay a flat monthly platform fee for your tier. Distributors pay the higher of the flat fee or 1% of the volume transacted through the platform. Vendor costs (your N-able, Microsoft, Vultr and other subscriptions) are billed separately by those vendors or passed through your own invoices, depending on your agreement.
